Announcement of the 7th Academic Conference of the
Asia Society of Cryosurgery
Dear Experts and Colleagues:
Since the establishment of the Asian Society of Cryosurgery (ASC) in 2012, it has received a lot of attention from colleagues and has actively participated in the activities held by the ASC. In order to further promote the standardization and orderly development of minimally invasive tumor treatment technology and better play its role in comprehensive tumor treatment. The ASC has decided to hold the "The 7th Academic Conference of the Asia Society of Cryosurgery" in Weifang, Shandong Province from August 18-20, 2023.
The theme of conference is 4I (Inheritance, Innovation, Integration and Increase), the conference will continue to uphold the concept of "learning from all and developing together" and strive to achieve four major goals: (Shoulder the banner), to lead the international development of cryosurgery in Asia; (Extended group), to comprehensively expand the application of cryosurgery in tumor ablation, bronchoscopy, bronchoscopy, gynecology, dermatology; (Hold annual conference), to hold an annual meeting of all members, and inviting other experts in related fields to exchange and study. (Make a great effort to do something), we should to praise and promote a number of experts who have made contributions in cryopreservation, set up a number of training bases and cooperative enterprises, strengthen international exchange with other sister societies, and let more patients benefit.
ASC attaches great importance to academics and aims to build a high-level academic exchange platform of cooperation and openness for colleagues in the field of minimally invasive therapy. The conference will cover imaging, clinical and basic research in the fields of cryoablation, thermal ablation, radioactive particle implantation, vascular interventions and respiratory endoscopic interventions. There will be online and offline academic exchanges between renowned experts in the field of interventional and minimally invasive tumor therapy from all over Asia, and exciting lectures on the frontier disciplines, new technologies and new concepts in the related fields. There will be hands-on training sessions before the conference and surgical demonstrations after the conference.

Requirements for papers and submission methods
1. Basic research and clinical research results in the field of minimally invasive ablation and bronchoscopy that have not been published in public journals, including but not limited to cryoablation, microwave ablation, radiofrequency ablation and irreversible electroporation.
2. Abstracts must be submitted in Chinese/English, within 1000 words, and the format of the text must be complete, including: Objective, Methods, Results and Conclusion (case reports and reviews are not restricted); please indicate the following information at the end of the manuscript: author's name, organization, postal code, telephone and e-mail; typographical requirements: title in bold 4, author's name, organization or correspondence address in italics 5, and body text in Song 5; word editable format; the abstract must be in Chinese/English. The text of the paper should be in 5-point Song font; word editable format.
3. The proposed open submission date is June 8, 2023, and the deadline is July 15, 2023, after which the paper will not be accepted.
4. The conference only accepts online submissions, not E-mai1 and paper submissions. Please register and submit your manuscript on the official conference website (http://www.asiancryosurgery.org/2023) after June 8, 2023.
5. All manuscripts will be reviewed by the academic committee experts, and the winners will be awarded certificates and prizes, and the excellent manuscripts will be selected for the conference presentations and poster presentations, and the selection results will be announced before July 31, 2023.
Conference Registration
Participants should register online through the official conference website (http://www.asiancryosurgery.org/2023) and all ASC members will be exempted from the registration fee. Participants are responsible for their own meals, accommodation and transportation costs. After successful registration, the organizing committee will issue an electronic version of the conference invitation to the participants' email address.

If participants want to stay in the designated hotel, please check the "Accommodation Registration" section on the official website of the conference (http://www.asiancryosurgery.org/2023) and submit relevant information according to the prompts, then you can enjoy the agreed rate of the conference when checking in. You should pay for your own accommodation.

1、Take a taxi from Weifang Nanyuan Airport to Pullman Weifang, about 12 km, 22 minutes.
2、Take a taxi from Weifang North Railway Station to Pullman Weifang, about 14 kilometers, about 21 minutes;
3. Weifang North Station High-speed Railway Station to Pullman Weifang by bus No. 25 in the direction of the railway station, 18 stops -Weifang Affiliated Hospital Station, 8 minutes walk to Pullman Weifang, the whole process takes about 77 minutes;
4. Weifang Station to Pullman Weifang by taxi, about 5 kilometers, about 10 minutes to arrive.

关于召开第七届亚洲冷冻治疗学术大会的通知
尊敬的各位专家、同道：
亚洲冷冻治疗学会自2012年成立以来，得到各位同行的高度关注，并积极参加亚冷会举行的活动。为进一步推进肿瘤微创治疗技术规范，有序向前发展，更好的发挥其在肿瘤综合治疗中的作用，亚洲冷冻治疗学会定于2023年8月18-20日在山东潍坊召开“第七届亚洲冷冻治疗学术大会”。
本次大会以4I为主题（传承Inheritance，创新Innovation，整合Integration，提高Increase），继续秉承“博采众长、共赢发展”的理念，努力实现四大目标：抗大旗（Shoulder the banner），引领亚洲冷冻事业向国际发展；扩大群（Extended group），全面拓展冷冻在肿瘤消融、支气管镜、支气管镜、妇科、皮肤科的应用；开大会（Hold annual conference）， 每年召开一次全体会员年会，力邀其他相关领域的专家一起交流学习，提高亚冷会的声誉；办大事（Make a great effort to do something），要表扬并大力宣传一批在冷冻方面做出贡献的专家，设立一批亚冷会培训基地及合作企业，加强与其他兄弟学会及国际交流，让更多的患者获益。
亚冷会高度重视学术性，旨在为全国微创治疗领域同行搭建一个合作开放的高水平学术交流平台。会议内容将涵盖冷冻消融、热消融、放射性粒子植入、血管介入治疗及呼吸内镜介入治疗等领域的影像、临床与基础研究。届时将会有来自亚洲各地著名肿瘤介入与微创治疗领域专家进行线上、线下学术交流，就有关领域的前沿学科、新技术、新理念进行精彩讲座。会前将有手把手培训班、会后还将有手术演示。

征文要求及投稿方式：
1、尚未在公开发行刊物上发表过的微创消融及支气管镜相关领域的基础研究、临床研究成果，包括但不限于冷冻消融、微波消融、射频消融及不可逆电穿孔等。
2、投稿需提交中/英文摘要、摘要限 1000字以内，正文格式必须完整，包括：目的、方法、结果和结论四部分(病例报道和综述可不受限制)；投稿请于稿件文末注明以下信息：作者姓名、单位、邮编、电话及E-mail；排版要求：标题4号黑体，作者姓名、单位或通信地址5号楷体，正文5号宋体；word可编辑格式;
3、拟开放投稿日期为2023年6月8日，截稿日期为2023年7月15日，逾期将不予受理。
4、本次会议只接受网上投稿，不接受E-mai1和纸质投稿，请于2023年6月8日后登陆会议官方网站(http://www.asiancryosurgery.org/2023) 注册并投稿，所有投稿请自留副本，投稿无论是否采用，恕不退稿。
5、全部稿件将由学术委员会专家审阅，获奖者将颁发证书及奖品，并选择优秀稿件作大会发言和壁报展示，遴选结果将于2023年7月31日前于ASC官网公示。
