It is my great honor to show my thanks to everybody
First, I think Prof. Korpan, Prof. Xu Kecheng, Prof. Watanabe, Prof. Xiao Yueyong, Prof. Li Chengli and new president Prof. Wang Hongwu have contributed a lot to the establishment of the society.
We all know the history that the International Society of Cryotherapy was established in 1972. It is already 60 years ago.
The Japanese Low-temperature Association was established in 1986. It is almost more than 40 years ago.
Asian Society of Cryotherapy (ASC) was just established 10 years ago
But, we develop very fast.
And our members exceeded 1000
That means ASC has done a lot in cryotherapy for the whole world, Asia, and China.
So I would like to thank those pioneers who have made great contribution to the establishment of ASC.
The ASC was found by Prof. Xu Kecheng and Japanese Prof. Sumida.
They were encouraged by the International Society of Cryotherapy, especially by Prof. Korpan.
We have members coming from different Asian countries.
Thanks to the first president Xiao Yueyong, ASC has developed very well.
He’s an expert in cryotherapy and contributes a lot to the establishment and development of ASC.
So do Prof. Watanabe and Prof. Li Chengli.
Thus, I would like to express my thanks to everybody who make contribution to our society.
Now, the technique has entered a new period
As you can see, different aspects of doctors are going into cryotherapy.
Many patients have benefited from this treatment.
In many guidelines of cancer treatment, for example the NCCN guideline, cryotherapy can also apply to tongue cancer.
This is development, and it is a satisfactory research result.
Now the new technique and machines are produce not only abroad, but also domestically.
There are many machine manufacturers in China.
They have done a lot of work in promoting the technique.
I believe, under the leadership of our new president Wang Hongwu, ASC will grow faster, bigger, and stronger.
