我是王洪武，第六届亚冷会的新任主席。我谨代表新任亚冷会主席团队，向各位会员表示热烈的欢迎和诚挚的感谢！再次感谢大家对我的信任，我一定不负众望，带领亚冷会走向新的高度，走向世界！

I am Wang Hongwu, the new President of the 6th ASC. I would like to express a warm welcome and sincere thanks to all members on behalf of the new presidium! I appreciate your confidence in me, and I promise to uphold it by leading the Society to greater heights and to the world!
我自2001年开始氩氦刀冷冻治疗，历经20多年，回顾国际冷冻医学的发展，我们发现亚洲冷冻治疗发展迅猛，特别是影像学引导的冷冻消融技术和支气管镜下冷冻技术，凸显出了其独特的优势。数以万计的患者因冷冻治疗获益，尤其在中国。这也得利于亚冷会的成立。
It has been more than 20 years since I started argon-helium cryotherapy practice in 2001. We discovered that Asia is where cryotherapy is making the most progress globally. The distinctive benefits have been noted, especially in light of the extensive use of imaging-guided and bronchoscopic cryoablation. Cryotherapy has helped tens of thousands of people, particularly in China. This has also been made possible by the establishment of ASC.
自2010年9月4日亚洲冷冻治疗学会筹备会议开始，迄今已走过12年的峥嵘岁月。2014年亚冷会正式成立，八年奋战，已成为国际瞩目的学会。从广州、北京到古晋，历届亚冷会领导团体带领各位会员，扎实地推进冷冻治疗在亚洲地区的发展，令更多患者受益，涉及病种也越来越多，我们的会员数也稳步增长。
It has been 12 years since the ASC's preparation meeting on September 4, 2010. The Society was formally created in 2014. We've accomplished a lot in eight years of hard work. From Guangzhou to Beijing to Kuching, the Society has led its members to vigorously support cryotherapy development in Asia, thereby expanding therapy to new ailments and aiding a large number of patients. Our membership has been constantly growing.
我们不应忘记，亚冷会的奠基人、广州复大肿瘤医院的徐克成院长，当时克服了重重困难，在香港注册了亚冷会，开启了新路程。徐克成教授是国内知名消化科专家和肿瘤治疗专家，荣获第四届广东省道德模范、“时代楷模”、“南粤楷模”、“感动广东十大人物”等荣誉称号、第五届全国道德模范敬业奉献模范候选人，第18届国际冷冻治疗学会主席、亚洲冷冻治疗学会名誉主席。徐克成教授自己身患癌症仍带领团队攻关，创立“3C+P”治疗模式，成功救治无数肿瘤患者。2011年11月，第十六届世界冷冻治疗大会上，徐克成教授主编的《肿瘤冷冻治疗学》获优秀著作奖。半年之后，徐克成教授又写出了《现代肿瘤冷冻治疗》英文版，填补了世界肿瘤冷冻治疗英文专著的空白，也把中国的冷冻事业推向了国际。徐克成教授是时代的楷模，永远值得我们尊重和学习。
In order to register ASC in Hong Kong and begin a new adventure, President Xu Kecheng, the founder of ASC and the president of Fuda Cancer Hospital in Guangzhou, China, overcame many obstacles. Prof. Xu Kecheng is a renowned gastroenterologist and cancer specialist in China who has won numerous awards. Like the candidate for the 5th National Moral Model of Dedication, the 4th Guangdong Moral Model, "Model of the Times," "Model of South Guangdong," "Top Ten People who Moved Guangdong," the 18th President of the International Society of Cryosurgery(ISC), and the Honorary President of the Asian Society of Cryosurgery(ASC). At the 16th ISC in November 2011, Prof. Xu Kecheng's book Cryosurgery for Cancer earned the Outstanding Book Award. Six months later, he published Modern Cryosurgery for Cancer in English, which not only met the need for cancer cryotherapy monographs around the world but also helped launch China's cryotherapy career. We should always appreciate and learn from Prof. Xu Kecheng because he was a role model for his period.
肖越勇教授是解放军总医院第一医学中心放射科主任医师、教授，博士生导师，从事影像学诊断与介入治疗工作40余年。曾任第二十一届国际冷冻协会主席，首届及第二届亚洲冷冻治疗学会主席，也是中国抗癌协会肿瘤微创治疗专业委员会现任主任委员，中国医药教育协会介入微创治疗专委会主任委员，2020年被授予“国之名医”-卓有建树荣誉称号，并担任《中国介入影像与治疗学杂志》主编及众多杂志的编委，在CT、MRI引导微创介入治疗方面有较高造诣，设计多项影像学引导微创介入手术方法，提出适形肿瘤消融方法及策略，于2010年出版著作《氩氦刀肿瘤冷冻消融治疗技术》，为国内肿瘤冷冻消融治疗技术的推广做出了巨大贡献。于2013年第九届中国肿瘤微创治疗学术大会被授予肿瘤微创治疗特别贡献奖和终身荣誉奖。肖教授为了肿瘤冷冻事业鞠躬尽瘁，呕心沥血，为中国冷冻事业走向世界做出了卓越贡献。
Prof. Xiao Yueyong, who is also a PhD supervisor, is the chief of the Department of Radiology at Chinese PLA General Hospital and has worked in diagnostic imaging and interventional therapy for over 40 years. He was the President of the 21st ISC, the first and second Presidents of the ASC, the current Chairman of the Chinese Anticancer Association's Minimally Invasive Therapy in Oncology Committee（找不到官方翻译）, and the Chairman of the China Medicine Education Association's（CMEA） Interventional and Minimally Invasive Therapy Committee（找不到官方翻译）.He is the editor-in-chief of the Chinese Journal of Interventional Imaging and Therapy and a member of the editorial boards of several other journals. He has excellent achievement in CT and MRI guided minimally invasive interventional treatment, like he invented numerous imaging guided surgery methods, and proposed conformal tumor ablation methods and strategies. Prof. Xiao Yueyong wrote the book Ar-He Cryoablation Treatment for Tumor in 2010, which has made significant contributions to the promotion of cryoablation treatment in China. In 2013, he received the Special Contribution Award and the Lifetime Honor Award at the 9th Chinese Academic Conference on Minimally Invasive Therapy in Oncology. Prof. Xiao has dedicated himself to the cause of cancer cryoablation and has made significant contributions to finding the route to the world.
李成利教授是山东省立医院影像磁共振介入诊疗科主任，主任医师，博士生导师，连任第四届、第五届亚洲冷冻治疗学会主席，国际冷冻协会执行委员，山东省医学影像学学会影像微创诊疗学分会主任委员。在肿瘤微创介入治疗方面有很深的造诣，特别擅长磁共振下的微创介入治疗。我们不会忘记四年前，亚冷会在马来西亚的古晋留下了辉煌的时刻。李成利教授从此接任了第四届亚冷会主席，努力工作，特别是在新冠肺炎疫情期间，仍克服各种困难，坚持组织亚冷会学术活动，得到大家的称赞。
Prof. Li Chengli，also a doctoral supervisor, is the chief of the Department of MRI Interventional Therapy of Shandong Provincial Hospital. He served as the ASC’s 4th and 5th president, executive committee member of the ISC, and chairman of the Shandong Medical Imaging Society's Branch of Minimally Invasive Imaging Therapy（找不到官方翻译）. He specializes in MRI-guided practice and has considerable expertise in minimally invasive interventional tumor treatment. In Kuching, Malaysia, four years ago, ASC produced a wonderful moment that we will never forget. To his credit, Prof. Li fought valiantly through the COVID-19 epidemic and insisted on setting up the academic activities.
历任主席除了举办学术会议促进学术交流，带头发表了一系列专家共识，出版了多部专著，初步建立了冷冻治疗培训体系，比如2019年举办的冷冻消融治疗培训班对于治疗技术的推广产生了极大的促进作用。
In addition to holding academic conferences and directing a series of expert consensus publications and monographs, a cryotherapy training system was built; for example, the cryoablation training held in 2019 has substantially contributed to the promotion.
随着技术进步，除传统经皮冷冻消融外，我们发现，内镜下腔道内尤其是气管镜下冷冻治疗技术也得到了迅猛发展，经过积极讨论，我们希望这一部分冷冻治疗的从业者也能成为冷冻治疗学会的成员，共同促进冷冻治疗事业的发展。
With the evolution of technology, we discovered that, in addition to classic percutaneous cryoablation, endoscopic, particularly tracheoscopic cryotherapy procedures emerged rapidly. Following thorough conversations, we hope that this group of cryotherapy practitioners would also join ASC and promote our common cause.
此刻，历经前期的积极纳新工作，共有***名从业者成为我们的同行者，涉及气管镜下冷冻治疗、经皮穿刺肺肝肾等冷冻治疗、皮肤科及妇科相关疾病的冷冻治疗等。我们的会员遍布整个亚洲，如新加坡、马来西亚、韩国、日本的冷冻治疗医生外，大量的会员在中国，包含了各省市各级别医院的医生、护士。除了临床工作者，我们还首次积极纳入了基础研究人员、相关设备制造商或经销商为企业会员等。这让我们有更立体的人员构成和更优化的组织结构组建未来一系列的学术活动从而促进冷冻治疗事业的发展。
Following recruiting, a total of *** practitioners who specialize in conditions such as gynecology- and dermatology-related illnesses, percutaneous lung puncture cryotherapy, and other organs have joined our group. We have members all around Asia, including doctors who specialize in cryotherapy in Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, and Japan. In addition, a sizable portion of the membership, including medical professionals from hospitals around China, is present. For the first time, we include researchers, relevant equipment makers or distributors as corporate members, in addition to clinical practitioners. The innovative organizational structure gives us benefits to launch academic initiatives in the future to advance cryotherapy research.
第六届亚冷会的工作核心是推进技术及人员的下沉，扩展其辐射领域。具体包括以下工作的开展：
The primary mission of the 6th ASC is to promote the sinking of technology and personnel while also widening its radiation. These are the specific tasks:1、在不同的国家设立多个合作医院，成为技术培训中心；
2、启动前瞻性、多中心研究课题；
3、加强专家共识和指南的制定；
4、扩大宣传力度，让更多的患者和医务人员了解冷冻技术；
5、加强学术交流，至少1年1次的全域交流，兼顾不同领域的治疗进展。
1. Create collaboration and technical training centers with hospitals from other nations.
2. Initiate prospective multicenter studies.
3. Encourage the publication of professional consensus and guidelines.
4. Increase public awareness of cryotherapy by increasing publicity.
5. Increase academic exchange by holding an Asia-wide conference at least once a year and taking into account progress in many disciplines.
在这个过程中，离不开企业的支持和参与，我们将建立战略合作单位，促进医工贸的协同发展，让冷冻治疗业态更成熟、健康的发展，让患者得到最优质的冷冻治疗服务。
The assistance and engagement of businesses is critical in this process. We will establish strategic cooperation to foster more mature and healthy synergistic development of medicine, industry, and trade, so that patients benefit the most.
忆往昔峥嵘岁月稠，未来，我们将不忘初心，踔力奋发，带领亚洲的冷冻事业走向更美好的未来！
We shall keep in mind our initial goals and work for a better future!
